You cant craft iron daggers anymore? Gah, I've been putting off smithing so much, my skill is only about 30.

You can, but it sounds like as your smithing skill gets higher, low-level items like iron daggers don't help to raise it as much.

Quite a big patch for killcams and trivial changes.

I had the same problem. Just change dof to 0 in your ini and it should take care of it.

another issue is the lighting glitches when running over terrain with brownish bushes - there's a distinct after effect repeat pattern of the bushes, 2 large vertical lines down the left middle of the screen, and the lighting instantly changes when turning away from the sun

edit: some screenshots of the lighting glitches

go to your SkyrimPrefs.ini (user - documents - mygames - skyrim) and change

bDoDepthOfField=1 to bDoDepthOfField=0

i did this (thanks Staind716) and now the underwater view is nice and pretty clear :smile:

I wonder if this is a conflict between the new underwater features and certain GPUs or drivers. I have bDoDepthOfField=1 in my ini, and http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/504641629020911897/969AB25B76CA6422C3FCC31E6A21E096C9FA4345/ Good mix of murky and clear.

yeah it could be a drivers issues.
for example, some ati users already had some pixelation issues around using 1.5 beta and catalyst 12.3 and there is a little fix for it on the nexus. so that underwater problem can be something like that :smile:

Well, thanks Staind and Tom, I can now see where the water starts and ends. Plus underwater does look better now. Anybody know of a fix for the after effects of the grass shadowing?

Still haven't figured out the grass shadowing yet but I am investigating to see if and how it can be disabled since a lot of people don't like it and are getting performance hits. If I can find anything I will let you know.
