So in the game speaking with certain characters hints that the peace between the Empire and the Aldmeri Dominion as the "calm between two storms with the 2nd will be more deadly than the last." I think that this may forshadow a future Elder Scrolls game or at least a new DLC.

Interacting with the Thalmor in the game and reading the lore surrounding the rise of the Thalmor and the Great War have really made me really want to take the fight to these arrogant pricks. (I wonder if this was intentional on Bethesda's part to make the player want to hate the Aldmeri Dominion)

I was thinking that a game featuring a 2nd Great War would encompass either one game with many different questline as campaigns in separate theaters of war throughout Tamriel, or as several different titles focused on the war within individual regions/provinces.

Examples would be:

-Reconciling Hammerfell with the Empire
-Cloak & Dagger campaign to alienate Elsweyr from the Thalmor by perhaps [conjecture] exposing the Thalmor as the ones responsible for the disappearance of the moons in the first place in order to remove.
-An Imperial invasion of Valenwood or overthrough of Thalmor rule in Valenwood.
-Defending Anvil, Stros M'Kai from an impending Aldmeri fleet. Naval battles and all.
-Invasion of the Summerset Isles itself or aiding a dissident Altmer faction opposed to the tyranny of the Thalmor.
