This enchant is going to be the ultimate enchant for Vampire Lords' weapons.

According to UESP, that enchantment is broken:

But maybe it has been patched and fixed, not sure. I'm sure someone on PC could verify this.

It's wonky. You are better off using a Drain Health enchantment for a Vamp weapon. Besides the killer is you can't actually use the forge anyway.

AFAIK, it hasn't. I'll check right fast though.

Well you can get the enchantment and enchant any weapon with it..

You can use it, but it will not grant the enchantment to that weapon you craft. Besides the weapon does no extra damage anyway.

Indeed.

I spent several hrs testing that. I waited 24 hrs for an entire month and checked it every night. No moon...1 moon...2 moons..nothing changes.

I just wish the enchantment worked.. it'd be the perfect vampire enchant if mixed with drain health... but I guess drain health and frost will do.

That would be pretty nasty, for sure.

When I was reading about it, it apparently does light damage at night and drain health during the day... so if that was mixed with drain health, it'd be like a double drain health enchant to help you refill your health while in the sun and at night it'd burn your victims and give you half as much health back.
