Which of T-51b Power Armor or recon armor is tthe best armor? Power armor got more armor value but recon got +5 sneak and less weigth

It's no brainer depends on your playing style. If You want to crush everything in your path - T-51b. If You like to sneak or snipe from long distance - Recon. What's to think about ?

Hell, if you like to sneak and your Sneaking skill is already 100 OR you use Stealth Boys, then the T-51b Power Armor is still better:p

At the end of either the Brotherhood's or one of the companion's quest lines.

The companion in question being Arcade Gannon

I think the only non-Brotherhood marked T-51b power armor is sold by the Brotherhood after you complete their quest line, though.
