Hey there! I am in the stage of this quest where you must make a delivery to Motor-Runner in Vault 3. However upon trying to initiate conversation with him I simply get responses like "A flying robot? I must be [censored] up," "So long as the Khans keep making it I can keep getting high" or "Primm is going to be much harder to push around with that new Sheriff." Is there any possible fix to this quest? I play on the XBOX360 unfortunately so console commands can do nothing for me.
