Hi there,

I′m new to this forum and did′t find a appropiate answer via search function...so I hope I placed this question right;)

I′m stuck within East Trading Company Quest where I have to find and kill Haldyn. In the abandoned cave there is a way up but I can′t go there because the room suddenly ends. I′d fall through the ground and the game loads the last quick save. I cannot load an older savegame nor fast travell from that region.

Is that a known problem? Is there anything I can do to solve that?

Whoa sorry @_@. I went to check this out for myself and then I got svcked into the game and almost forgot about this ~_~. Turns out, I wouldnt be able to anyway, since I never started this quest, and it is the only way to get to this worldspace.

If the cave you speak of is tied to Japhet's Folly from the quest "Rise in the East";

use this console command: player.moveto 00019DDF (puts you close to riften)

This area as well as the cave(sea cave) leading to it, has a lot of glitches..

Yeah, the console command should help to get out of that place, I didnt had that in mind.

I think I′ll wait until Bethesda fixes the whole area, there′s a lot more out there in Skyrim to discover, so I don′t mind ignoring that quest for now;)
