Ability to switch around perks.

So lets say i was a person who mastered in sneak, lock picking, ETC. Maybe they wanted to take a break, and go to magic, but there was little amount of possible the player can get to actually make an effort in that field. Like me, i want to become a mage, but there is only three perks left. Would you want the ability to switch around perks and why?

Since I have the ability to start a new character, no I don't need to move my Perks around.

I like this.

Perks mark my character's growth. If I took them away, it would mean she forgot everything she learned - definitely not what I'm going for. It's fine to try something new, but I don't want to negate my previous experiences.

It's not that I dislike the idea - we've all chosen some perks that turned out to be completely useless and then wished to take them back, haven't we? - but I wouldn't use it. If I want to play a mage, I'll retire the thief and create a mage.

Since as far as I know the PC players can add perks using the console I think it would only be fair that for those of us playing on a console we should be able to reassign perks (Dragon Age 2 had a potion that allowed you to reassign your skills and attribute points).

I'd rather do this
I enjoy developing the character and watching their abilities grow
I wouldn't object if the feature was added in, I'd just not use it, but theres other things I'd rather they work on

I wouldn't have minded seeing a challenge system like Fallout: New Vegas had. Completing a challenge would get you a single perk. Then my Sword n Shield would have some decent Archery or Two-Handed skill for backup.

Otherwise, yea. I'll make a new character if I want something different. Hell, I recently made a new character because I didn't like his name anymore, due to the fact that the anime character I named him after turned out to be a bad guy, instead of a good guy. Made for a good twist in the show tho.
