About Fallout - New Vegas

I`m new here.
I wonder if the game doesn`t let you explore the world after its ending, there it will be DLC`s for New Vegas? I think the first DLC will let us into the world again, continuing our missions or explore the parts we never had the chance to do it so. Like many of you said, the game has so many additional quest, locations to discover, things to do in any way you like... it is a mistake to finish the game for good.

Yes, someone said to pause the final quest and continue exploring the world, do whatever you want to do and after you are satisfied turn on your main quest and end the game. It is an option...
Anyway, be patient. Even if you ended the game, with the first DLC the player it will be put again in the road of the New Vegas map. And i hope too, the player will have the opportunity to discover the quests he never found back then.

Looking for reading you, players!
Cheers!

I sincerely hope Obsidian does not renig on their firm boasting of 'We will make a definitive ending'.

Broken Steel was VERY half done, while not aweful, it satisfied the casual player and enraged the die hard fans. If you really wanted to complete a quest that bad, just defeat it before the end game mission, theres plenty of time to complete them.

I have a mod that lets me play post MQ, you should get it. Besides, Obsidian said we won't do any DLC.

I'm with you, don't renege on the promise. Keep the end the end.

Not to mention that huge deliberate "You're about to go beyond the point of no return" message they put in to warn you of exactly that.

That wont happen. Think about it, most of the side quests wouldn't make sense any more.

For example the NCR side quest that has you travelling to all of the different ranger outposts to update their security. Why bother doing that when there is no Legionaries left to intercept the communications?

And yeah I thought that was a brilliant idea. In most games like this developers avoid stuff like that for the sake of immersion or whatever, but in all honestly I'd rather know EXACTY where to make the "play after completion save".

Apparantly judging by the threads I've seen, you and I are some of the few who have that message in our New Vegas. :whistling:

More like the only ones that actually take the time to read and comprehend the message and not try and skip over it as fast as possible because it must be some annoying pop up that is meaningless. XD

I've noticed the same thing myself, and truly wonder how many special copies are out there- since obviously the ones with that message are indeed special exceptions to the rule.

Or maybe it's some of the players who are...on second thought nah, won't go there- that'd be too easy. :D

The endgame prompt is a wall of text for people who shoot and cuss their way through games. :cheat:

Obsidian is making DLC for this game. Either he meant to say that they're not going to make a DLC expansion that makes it possible to play after the end of the main quest or he's incredibly mistaken.
