Are there any glitches I should be aware of? I'm on the Xbox 360 so I can't do console commands.

Has she had her shots yet? Trimmed the hair fur out of her ears?

Her cooking skills are not 100 that's for sure.

She was the first woman I married, and had her move to Breezehome with me. Then i bought the house in Windhelm, had her move there, and now she seems to be missing. I can't find her anywhere (Breezehome, Jorrvaskr, the home in Windhelm). Keep that in mind when you're moving.
