First off I am not a child and I do change up passwords. I know MS isnt a CC company, but they are responsible for their account security like any ONLINE company. I also know they didn't just figure out the password. Somehow they transfered my points from my account to somewhere else on another. There aren't any purchases on it whatsoever, so obviously they ganked the points somehow and I believe that is hacking and more then just password theft.
You must be overlooking something then. All the FIFA hacked accounts had points spent, no one even got access to MS by any stretch of any looks at it, rather the culprit seems to be that EA got hacked and people used the same password for EA and Windows Live.

General points:
there's no way to transfer MS XBL points
in order to drain points from one account to another, a hack of XBL would have to be done, in which case the damage would be much more widespread and would have been all over the place. Maybe not as bad as the PSN hack, but much more prominent than it currently is.
So like I said, you are overlooking something, and MS is in no way responsible for this. Believe me, I'd love nothing more than another reason to put down MS, but unfortunately for me, MS definitely is NOT at fault here.
