Look SD, you have a lot of issues to deal with. I get that. Maybe Bethesda is pressuring you to be cautious with what you tell us, maybe not. What I do know is it's been over two weeks since I eagerly opened my copy of your game. A game you clearly took pride in, and I love. I'm happy you've already addressed lag issues and have dealt with other problems, but there's a lot of us who's problems (and one on particular I'll bring up shortly) haven't even been acknowledged.

On a PC, your game is as much a visual joy as it is a fun one. On my xbox it looks muddy, low resolution and unimpressive. Some have claimed to have found fixes of sorts. I myself found that installing the game did in fact make texture pop take less time, though it did not entirely fix that issue. You have yourselves noted that despite such fixes it remains a problem. Truth be told though, I don't care about popping. I care that it looks muddy. I care that your beautiful game is anything but HD on a console, despite having payed the same $60 as PC gamers. I'll end my long plea here with a simple question, and a simple request for acknowledgement.

Is the game I am playing on my xbox the experience you expected to sell us? If you can't say if it will be fixed, fine. I just want to know if this is actually what I'm supposed to be seeing.

I would like to know the same thing. Is this seriously what this game is supposed to look like? Is it really futile to ask that you make this game look acceptable? Will it never be fixed? It's plainly horrid. There is nothing lacking in the design, in fact, it's gorgeous from a design standpoint. But, technically speaking, this game is horrendously sub-par. Are you guys OK with this? Do you not see how awful it looks?

Your videos and screenshots are part of what sold me on this game. It's like ordering a cheeseburger from McDonalds based on the delectable sesame seed bun and perfect proportions and getting a soggy wet bun with undercooked meat and the cheese on the outside. Look, we get it, it's never going to look as good as the videos and screenshots. As a gamer for the past 20 years of my life, I'm used to it, but Brink is a whole other level of very curious disappointment answered with a bewildered, "What?!"

I still love Brink, adoringly. But holy hell, guys. WHAT THE EFF DID YOU DO TO THE GRAPHICS?!
