I've found the MODded Screenshot thread, the character thread and the general/funny thread which I think many stick to funny. What I would like to showcase are players action shots. They are hard to take but I've seen some remarkable shots from a lot of players! New Vegas has so much action going on and not just with guns but also with the melee attacks. One of my favorite moves are the twirl the Legion and mostly Viper Gangs take before they slice and dice you. I've been lucky enough to capture some action shots and I'd like to see how lucky other players have been with their screen captures. I feel any screenshooter can make a posed shot and make it pretty, but can you get that bullet coming out of the gun? Or the face of the viper that's about to give you a new scar on your face? Let's see! Show us your action shots! :flamethrower:

Let's keep this to 8 shots per post--more than that is overwhelming to the reader. And remember to comment on other people's posts! Since this is my thread, I would like to make a rule that we share our thoughts on other people's entries. These shots are hard to take and I know you guys worked hard to capture that certain move or gunshot and to get that special scene and you all might have taken 50 screenies for just that one special action shot, so reader's let's tell 'em what you think. There is nothing I dislike more than just screenshot spam, we're not machines here cranking them out, we're players and we all love our game!

And players, we know some of these shots are taken in VATS and some might be blurry, don't worry about it, these are not photoshopped screens we're showing off here, we're showing that special move that we just can't believe we captured so it's not gonna be perfect!

The melee twirl always reminds me of one attack animation in the KOTOR's. I took so many screenies of lightsaber twirlling in those games. lol
In NV tho, I don't play in 3rd person, have the shot-camera - or whatever it's called - off, and don't use vats (no PoV cameras) so my own chr. is almost never in my screens, except for poses. :/

I don't think a lot of people here take tons of screenies (or videos)....plus the fact you can't use image tags kinda svcks. :/
As long as you don't mind that my chr. isn't in them, here's a few. Since my main thing is taking videos these days, I kinda gave up on hitting the screenshot key, so often they're not true screenies. But oh well.

Fantastic Boone ones, the gecko one is just a classic moment.

Here's a test run of a mod I'm working on, the start of which was to make molotov cocktails..
Give them, grenades, dynamite, better weapons and better armour to npc's and have those npcs level up slightly to the character.

Yup, go to the first link, and hit ctrl + F5 at the same time, then try to access the links again. The site just had a hiccup, I was on it when it did it but it's fixed now. You might also need to check your Tools/Internat Options/Security, I have all mine set on default, also make sure you have accept cookies set, that's under the Tools/Privacy/Cookies/advanced. MIght help. But the site is up, it was just a split second it got that hiccup. Take your time, I'm looking forward to more screenies from everyone! :thumbsup:
