Do the action points given by the trait Kamikaze work with action point regeneration?

Action point regeneration is said to be about 16.66 seconds to recover all action points, excluding the points given by perks. So if you have action boy, your action points will take longer to regenerate all the way.

What I wanna know is, will my action points recover in 16.66 if I have Kamikaze, or will they take longer?

Before typical guesswork starts: You can only know that for sure by timing the regen with and without.

Traits are listed under perks, so one can assume it doesn't effect regeneration time.

Yeah, I tried testing myself, but, I can not find a stop watch.

figured 1 agility with and without kamikaze would be good for figuring it out.

Using a regular watch, so far, it is too close for me to tell.

I am leaning closer to no, because I think I counted more than 16.66 a few times with kamikaze. So hard to tell without a stopwatch though, heh.

EDIT: Well I know I counted to at least 18 with Kamikaze, that should not happen, so I am pretty sure it does not work with action point regeneration now.

Unless the 16.66 second action point regeneration info is wrong.
