During my first time installation when I entered the STEAM key system responded that "the key has already been used". How can this be since I just opened the sealed box?? Anyone had this problem?? Urgently in need of SOS ...... SOS ........

Call up tech support, they should give you a new key.

ring up support and ask you for your code around the disk

you shouldent have a problem as you own the disk
