I have no idea how to do the little spoiler button in a thread. So.........

If you haven't finished the Blades quests or the "No Stone Unturned" quest for the Thieves Guild you may want to skip the rest of this.

I got Esbern's Potion after bringing him the dragon bones and scales. When I use it, I get the "Dragon Infusion added" in the upper left hand corner of the screen. But it isn't showing up in the active effects like it should. So I reloaded and have now have it stashed at my house for later.

Yesterday, I finished finding the last of the Stones of Barenziah and then the Crown of Barenziah that they are mounted to. After returning the crown to Vex I was rewarded the "Prowler's Profit" perk.
Again, it isn't showing up in the active effects.


Anyone else having this problem with these extra perks not showing up in the active effects?
