Hi folks, hope you can help answere this one for me.......

Here's the thing - my char is a Breton and so has the 25% magic resistance racial ability. If i go and get the blessing from the Lords Stone - which grants 25% magic resistance, does that mean i now get 50% magic resistance or does it stay at 25% unless I find/make a bigger value?

The abilities will stack, you should have a 50% resistance. I'm using the same setup with my Breton mage.

From what I understand though, resistance to magic will cap at 85% so if you find or enchant items to increase that resistance further, you can only get another 35% on top of what you'd have with the natural resistance and the stone's ability.

Magicka regeneration stacks, so resistance probably does too, not too sure tho.

it does, got a nord with a lot of magic resistance and now he's pretty much invincible.
