Add a Package in a script ?

Post » Tue Jun 19, 2012 8:55 am

Hi.

How can I add an AiPackage to an akTarget in a script, and force it to activate it immediatly ?

Without having to create a clone with that Package for each NPC in the game, for sure.

Thx.

If you create an alias you cna add packages to it, and then use EvaluatePackage in your script. Also you can give conditions to packages and they will be used when you want, like during certain quest stages.

Alias, hu ?
I never worked with that. I will go the the tuto and learn about it.
It's not to be used in a quest, it's to be used in a script, extending a magiceffect.

Wow.
After a few hours of trying, I don't understand many things in the Aliases. Create quest, define alias, many many option I don't know what to do with, ...

If someone would be nice enough to write me a little tuto about adding a package to a akTarget in a script with a quest / alias, I would be very grateful...
I only need to learn things once, but this time, it's a little too hard for me to learn it alone.
