Is there any mods around that make you addtive to beer, wine, skooma and such if you take too much of it?

I remember there being also some inebriation mods for Oblivion beverages that made the screen go all blurry and woozy when you got wasted. It's kinda lame that the Skyrim intoxicants have no such effect.
