Is it possible to add a town mod to the list of places a carriage will take you?

it is probably handled in a quest.

if so, you can add an additional dialogue to the topic branch that executes a papyrus fragment to take you to the town

though i'm still not sure if multiple mods can add dialogue to topic branches without overwriting each other, so it's something you may want to think about or experiment with
