Has anyone found any references to him yet? I know in Cicero's journal he talks about disguising himself as a fan and follows the arena champion to a secluded spot where he could kill him but I am not sure that counts.

Anyway, why do you figure there'd have to be references specifically to the Adoring Fan? Multiple ones even?

It's a deliberate reference to everyone's favorite kicking bag, so yes, it counts. It's also the only reference I've found.

That's the only one I know, too, and it's a pretty clear one. Of course Cicero doesn't know what's so fun with that.

I can't see there even being other references. One as good as this is perfectly enough.

Although Cicero can't be the Adoring Fan we met in Oblivion... he's a little old, and it's about two hundred years after the Oblivion Crisis that happened.

I don't see how that's a spoiler? Talking about an item in the game such as Cicero's journal could be anything. It could be something you find in a chest. Now that you spoilerized it, you let people know it was something important.
