I couldn't find the answer in a search, so I'll ask outright. If you experienced the Aela disappearance bug in the main game, is Dawnguard broken? She disappeared after marriage and has not shown up since. I didn't really care about marriage in the game, so I kept saving and have no way to go back before her disappearance even if I wanted to lose all that time.

Now that Aela's function is central to the game, has there been any fix for this bug on the 360? It seems to be fairly common judging from posts on various forums. Not to sound nasty before I even get an answer, but I'll be very frustrated if I spent my non-refundable money on a broken game. I've already invested too much time in Skyrim to want to start over, so I hope that the team addressed elements vital to the expansion with known bugs prior to release.
