I'm wondering if anyone else is having the issue where your autosaves, quicksaves, and sometimes even manual saves get overwritten even AFTER patching the game? I know the patch supposedly fixed this, but it is still a problem for me and I'm wondering if its something widespread or if I am perhaps doing something wrong.

I have the same problem. Why in their infinite wisdom did they decide to make the game run through steam?
