I started a new game after patching and played Boone (still has problems with drawing his weapon over and over) and Veronica's quests then dismissed them. Went and got Cass and finished her quest but there is not any dialog to dismiss her, anymore. Is this a new bug created by 1.3 as have played before and she always had dismiss dialog.

Can anyone advise what to do with Cass or how to fix this problem?

It's a shame such a good game has so many bugs and new bugs created by patches. At least in Fallout 3 you could finish quests and the dialog was there. Obsidian knows how to make a good game, just get rid of the serious bugs. NWN2 and MOTB were great. The "I Fought the Law" quest for the NCR still isn't fixed. Even if you complete it and kill all the Powder Gangers in the cells and main entrance, the radio says you failed when you did not
