Only if you get the DLC with the increased level cap. Two more perks with that.

Otherwise, no level up means no level up perks.

Challenge Perks and perks from Implants/Companions stay as normal and can still be acquired.

Why cat you be nicer? He made a mistake, is all. I mean, the 'n' key is pretty close to the 't' key...

As for the OP, no, you can't gain perks after hitting level 30.

However...
Spoiler
There is a way to gain up to 28 perks in a single playthrough. It's somewhat complicated and takes a LOT of time and patience.

Yup. Also have to choose your skills wisely, so that you can pick up specific perks, like Jury Rigging, etc.

Well, that is not COMPLETELY true. You can do some Challenges that hold perks as a reward. But hitting 30 you might have more then half of them. Maybe even all of them.

You could get more perks through console cmds, but that would be cheating.

You could do the Chet Leveling glitch that gives you 13 extra perks but thats only possible on a new character.

I does kind of svck that once you hit lvl30 it kind of feel like there's no reason to keep playing that character. They should keep giving you XP, skill points and perks just not every lvl. maybe make leveling up require alot of XP and only get skill points and perks every 5 levels after 30 so you don't have to be forced to be a god character unless you really want to pend the extra time to level up. Or just give you an option to not accept skill points or perks for that level.

You don't get perks every level anyway....Really with the way the gameplay mechanics are in place now going any higher will revert you back to the FO3 "maxed out god character". Also if all your doing is mindlessly grinding away to get "that next level" like in an MMO story driven RPG's aren't really your game then.
