Que? I reinstalled windows the other day and I did a clean install of 1.5, then installed mods. Some weapons now, however, show up in Spanish. For example an Iron Warhammer is "Spada D'Accio". I doubt this is a mod but I posted my mods regardless, but I'm pretty sure no mod changes the language of weapons. Is there a fix for this? Anybody else experience this? I vaguely recall a post somewhere where some guy said he got this weird language after installing 1.5. Fortunately enough I think I'm civil enough to confirm that this weird language is in fact normal Spanish. However, I am an Englishman at heart. How does one fix this?

I don't believe it's the patch, I had this problem before the patch and the cause was Wars in Skyrim mod.

I think that's Italian, if that's of any importance at all..

Looks like you've got yourself a dirty mod. As other posters have said, seems to be due to Wars in Skyrim...either disable it for now, check for an update, or live with it and wait until the mod author fixes it.

I recommend the Nexus Mod Manager for installing and removing mods. It lets you deactivate mods with a single click and handles all the cleanup for you.
It also keeps track of the version numbers of mods (for those mods that support it) and will download the latest updates. It currently handles mods for several games (Fallout / Fallout New Vegas / Skyrim, etc) and supports the Skyrim script extender.

This is a confirmed problem in Wars in Skyrim, I choose to ignore it since it really doesn't come up very often.

I think the version before today did not have the english strings for the WiS Lore friendly 4.5 update and that is why you had the Italian spellings.
