Yep.

If there is an officially released screenshot, say at Gamespy or some other online news outlet, then it's fine to link to it. If the screenshot was cut from a magazine scan and you link to it then you'll get a warning. :)

One Polish PS3 website says that: Bethesda has released several screenshots to Network with the new Fallout (used google translator)
and has got 15 screenshots from the F NV

So if it's released to the internet, can I post link to that website here?

Screenshots that have been officially released on the internet are fine.

Occasionally websites will have member exclusive screenshots in a members only area - as long as they remain exclusive then you can't link to them if they're hosted elsewhere.

Occasionally websites will take magazine scans and 'cut out' the pictures, claiming they're screenshots. These obviously aren't allowed.

as I understand it if the shot in any shape and form is someone slapping a magazine on a scanner = no link

if handed down directly from Beth and Obsidian = post link.

I believe he's referring to the magazine previews. Several have mentioned big horners although I don't know if any have had pictures of them.

The shots referred to appear to be a press pack that was leaked to other sites. For the moment no linking please.

Well given that the screenshots in question can't be linked to there doesn't seem to be any reason to leave this open - particularly since we've already identified the critter.
