I think this one falls under the lol wat category.

When enlisting Agmaer as a follower at Fort Dawnguard, he replies, "I suppose Master Neloth won't mind. He's always telling me to get out of his way."

It is repeatable.

This matches the reports about Sven. So, are all followers with this voice (MaleYoungEager) affected? Someone should check Onmund for instance...

You are right! Just checked Onmund and he has the same response when asked to follow.

This was checked with my level 53 Redguard.

EDIT: Anyone else you can think of? I would be willing to check others. I did not side with Sven with either of my characters so I may make a new character to check it out.

Sven has the same problem. It's clearly a new bug introduced with the Dragonborn DLC.

Looking at this list http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Followers possibly the only one left to check is Erik the Slayer?

Erik the Slayer gave his normal response (no mention of Neloth). So he seems to be unaffected.

I checked it with 2 different characters just to be sure.
