Let me tell you...Cicero is one of the most entertaining people in the game. I just finished off another fort and Cicero says "I'm hungry, I need a sweetroll or a carrot" so I laugh then say ok. I fast travel to riften, go inside the Bee and Barb then Civero just starts dancing around. It's pretty hilarious. All the NPC's were just staring at him. What are some of you guys funny Cicero moments?

How do you get him to follow you? I tried helping him and that didn't work. So I framed him.

Interesting, I did that with my fighter. Should I have entered dialogue with him afterward?

I didn't take the DB questline, I started the anti-DB questline, so I'll never get to the ending of the DB questine.

I was thinking of making a character just like Cicero. I'd be an Imperial and wear the Jesters clothes and we could both dance happily while murdering everyone. But I've still got so many other characters that I want to make that I wouldn't have time haha.

Wouldn't know. I put his demented soul in a Black Soul Gem.

Love him or hate him, at least he's interesting. I just wish his facial expressions matched his personality. It's so weird hearing all that character in the voice and seeing none of it in the face...and not weird in a good Cicero way.

cicero is great, but well yeah... why would an assassin ever need a follower? same counts for thieves.


i only use followers with my warriors or mages.

cicero is definitely my favorite npc in the game. he's so unique lol.
