Many people complaining about the vats making the game to easy. and i cant say they dont have a point.
But there is no other way, at least for me, to aim with presission. (without scope). I think that aiming down your sight would be a huge improvement.
Idk if the engine off Fallout Nv can handle it, but if it could, why not?? You can always use the vats for fun, but for some real shooting action you can aim down you sight. But with aiming comes a problem, recoil. But i guess that can be fixed, the more smallgun skill you have, the less recoil with small guns.
