I was going to try making a set of armor for a companion to increase their durability, and add a powerful enchantment to my gear, but I noticed that I cannot get a fortify enchantment potion higher than 32%. I have 4 items with 29% fortify alchemy, which I achieved with a 32% enchanting potion. Wearing that gear, I am still getting a 32% enchanting potion out of it.

Is this no longer possible?


EDIT: Nvm, I figured it out using the restoration loop.
