To all fellow guitar players

Could anyone give me even a slight clue of how this song is played?

There are no tabs anywhere for it, I am not good enough to tell which chords they are by ear either.

From the few seconds I've listened to it I know that it plays D in different octaves every few notes. I'm trying to figure it out right now. Might be in drop D tuning.

I wouldn't be confident enough in myself to guess the chords by ear. Have you messaged that MrGrundinator fellow who has the top comment what the tabs are? Seems like he might know.

Not really sure what you mean by how to play it...

Sounds like it might be Open D, but it's just a guess right now.

Ok I think I'm getting it.

Tune your guitar to drop D and for the first little thing of the song all it is is strumming the 4th, 5th, and 6th string open, and then playing the 4th string open and then 3rd string on the 7th fret.

This isn't 100% correct, it's hard to hear the guitar over his voice, but it sounds similar.

e|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------B|----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------G|--------7---------------------------------------------7-------------------------------7~------------------------------------D|--0-----0-----------------------0--3--0--------0------0--------------------0-----0---------0--3/5--0--3--0---0--------------A|--0-----0-------------0--3/5-------------------0------0--------0--2^(3)----------0---------0--3/5---------------------------D|--0------------0--0----------------------------0---------------------------------0------------------------------------------

I added a tab in for what I came up with in my last post. It's not 100% right but sounds similar. Hope it helps! :)

Looks like we finally got a decent amount of guitar players here now. Anyone up for starting an Unofficial Guitar thread?

We've always had lots of guitar players. I don't see the point in starting a thread since we have the musicians thread.

Meh, every time I started a guitar thread it never filled the first page. It was just a thought.
