Realy.. humans look the same. Especially nord Females. I think it might be worse with females because some of them are meant to look "pretty" And so use the similar "pretty" features.

I say "all" but some humans do Actually look different. "Some" isnt enough though! there are just so many people in skyrim indistinguishable from another that it's not funny.

Yeah, in Oblivion they all had their own skin tones and distinct facial features. Nords had low brows and big noses, Imperials had sharp, angular features and Bretons had round heads with flat features.

They also all looked like they headbutted a beehive.

As for the characters... meh... not that big of a deal. Having more races kind of evens it out for me, but, that is just me.

I'm sure living with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prosopagnosia presents many challenges, but most people with the condition are apparently able to live full and meaningful lives. Good luck!
