All of riften killed : V

Ok I fast traveled to riften and i became a stage 4 vampire. Then all of riften chased me I ran into the theives guild using the secret passage and closeing it behind me. The next thing I know all of riften is in the theives guild and they all get killed by the theives guild members except the important npcs.

L. M. A. O. I would reload a previous save if I were you. Riften can get pretty damn lonely.

I tried that but only other save is when I was level 27 and now im 30. I guess I have to because I ran back outside and the citizens followed me. Then the theives guild members ran outside and now they are fighting everyone I guess ill just restart from 27

Do the towns repopulate? I wasn't sure if they did so I never bothered with killing anyone that had an actual name that wasn't a target.

I was forced to kill many folks in whiterun, thanks to Nazaeem annoying the crap out of me, and forcing me to murder him in broad daylight on the street, they have yet to repopulate, that was 48 in game days ago.

I don't think they repopulate, but anyway it's hardly very realistic; who would want to go and settle in an abandoned village filled with fresh corpses? Only guards "respawn" in my experience, and they probably only do that because they are rotated throughout the Hold to guard the villages, regardless of who's there; hence guards coming to defend ghost-towns.
