Heh. its just like valve/steam to foul things up. I dont understand why publishers or distribution systems like steam/impulse cant simply say "this will be out soon, we are working on it." or something like that instead of pure silence. Meanwhile xbox users are happily bouncing around and the rest of us are sitting here becoming quite irritated at the whole process. Ps3 users....heh you wait. they might get it before the PC does. Ah well, its a letdown but no biggie. were used to it by now.

It isn't steam O.o

Seriously - They had an exclusive deal with Microsoft for the release of the first DLC on XBOX 360 - Hence they are carrying it over to the next release Honest Hearts.

The DLC isn't even advertised on steam with a coming date which means a direct failure on the part of Bethesda, any company releasing DLC on steam has it advertised at min a month in advance and we're to believe they "uploaded the files and now it is up to Valve to press a button" Yeah no .... they are lying and dodging the questions because they can't be seen to be favouring the XBOX again the gutless spineless idiots. I wonder who at Bethesda is the one who uses toilet paper for tissues due to the amount of subservient brown nosing they do to their XBOX masters.

I'm off to work today so while I couldn't play it even if I wanted to it's just a shame in this day and age there are still people who will flat out lie to their customer base - the only scarier thing is the customers who believe them.

You need to take off the tin-foil hat, friend. It's been confirmed that it's a Steam issue. The big bad boogeyman isn't lurking around every corner, I'm afraid to say.

Bethesda/Obsidian has said that.

Which is all they can do, because the ball is now in Steam's court. Steam themselves have not commented.

1:30 on the west coast, 4:30 in on the east (IIRC).

For people for whom it's already the 18th, and were counting on a timely release on their only day off all week, this is a royal pain in the ass.

Sigh, remember when "simultaneous release" actually meant what it said?
