I was wondering if, on the PC, I could create spells for my xbox save. Iknow that you can use your Xbox save on the PC, but I wont to know if you can make a spell and have it carry over. Im not talking about a mod, but an ingame alteration. I know that in oblivion, you could create spells on the PC with a save file utility and they still worked. Is something like this still possible??
