I want to be able to enchant gear with and have it reduce the amount of fall damage you take while wearing enchanted gear.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to do this? I have created the correct items/enchantments/spells/etc. I'm not sure if this is a scripting thing (which I'm very much new at) or what.
