They still offer it, but only for the PC version for some reason. They might get more codes and begin offering it again for the consoles, but with only 1.5 months left...... :whistling:

I could swear it wasn't showing me the Psycho pack when I checked it a few days ago.

Oh well, if they got it, then hooray. :disguise:

Just checking, but you are talking about Amazon in the US, correct? Here in Canada I've been checking Amazon.ca several times a week, and they have so far offered absolutely nothing as incentive. Can someone else in Canada confirm that?

I've been checking too, there's still no sign of a pre-order bonus :sadvaultboy:

You aren't crazy - they did remove it for about a week. They just put it back today, something I'm confident in saying because I check the page almost every day to see if release date delivery is an option. And I was worried I'd have to end up pre-ordering from Wal-Mart

I've been checking Amazon.ca daily and even emailed them 3 times already, to no avail. I still have my preorder in (because I need an order # just to contact them) but might very well cancel it eventually and switch to D2D.com to get my hands on a PC version of the game (and buy my PS3 copy at ebgames I guess).

In their last email, I was referred to Bethesda for info (and have yet to receive an answer from them a week later).

damn, that svcks for you Canadians, it is weird that you guys are above New York and Michigan and you can't get the preorder? hell I would have paid extra money to get it at midnight if it was possible but to no avail. Ironically I live in HI and I am able to get the preorder.

That's so weird, I've never had an issue where the states get a bonus that canada doesn't.. hopefully they fix this soon

Hey everyone,

I live in Canada and can confirm that nearly 95% of the time, we don't get the pre-order bonuses...

I ordered my copy from Amazon.com... I pay extra fees for importing (about 7$) but hey... At least I'm getting my Psycho Pack =D

Oh my no... I'm getting it like a week later =(

But then again, I can patiently wait one more week and still get my bonus...

On the other hand, I could just do the rush deliver (about 23$) and get it 2 days after release... but it seems a little expensive just to get the game 5 days earlier...

Still wondering if I'll bother with the D2D PC copy, I might very well go with an Amazon.com order if need be and use the week-long wait to play.. L.A. Noire instead :)

+ Edit : On a side note, I'm pretty sure that the L.A.Noire release WILL overshadow the Brink launch and most likely negatively impact the game's initial sales...

Had this same trouble when I ordered Mass Effect 2 off Amazon for PS3. There was no release date shipping and talking to customer service seemed fruitless. Then literally a day before release, they bumped me and everyone else up to release date shipping and gave out a $20 credit with the game out of the blue. We'll just have to wait and see.

For amazon does anyone know if you pre-order the game does it get to your house on the release date or do they have to wait till release date to start shipping?

The 99cent release date shipping means it's on your doorstep the day the game hits store shelves. They ship it out ahead of time by a day or two so that it arrives on time. I've ordered almost a dozen games from them in this manner and they have never missed a release date in my experience.

Any news on if Amazon still has preorder codes? I'm hoping so, but I'd hate to buy it and not have it. It'd feel like a bait-and-switch. Any sort of news would be helpful.

I pre-ordered Brink through Amazon while they had a special going on. Basically the special was that you could pre-order any game for $10 off. I preordered thinking that I would rather save $10 than get the psycho pack or one of the others, but now that I am seeing this, I am wondering if they will end up shipping mine with the psycho pack. What do you think?

It is a sad time to be Canadian

On the other hand, most of the time it rocks, so I guess I'm cool with it :)
