ED-E... he's so crazy! On my very first playthrough I sent him to the Followers of the Apocalypse for his upgrades. When I got the message that he was waiting in Primm, I fast-traveled there to pick him up but he wasn't there! I checked my map and saw that he was wandering up the road headed toward New Vegas, so I ran to that location and... he wasn't there! Another map check and it appeared as though he was continuing to make his way north. I eventually caught up with him as he was fighting fiends and fire-breathing ants alongside two NCR soldiers near Vegas. He followed them both like he had joined their 'party' until I spoke to him and re-recruited him.

ED-E definitely seems like he has a mind of his own sometimes. Anyone else have any ED-E stories they'd like to share?

For me it is his pathological hatred of hostile robots. Even if I have him on passive, and stay back, he will charge off and kill any hostile bots. I gave up trying to stop him. I just sit back and let him go nuts.
