These may have come up before. I have two issues

I talked to the Junk Yard lady before getting Ed E and after getting the quest Ed E my love and going to talk to her, she doesn't fire the recording.

Second is probably a pretty rare one. I recruited Jessica and found the Brotherhood Base at Hidden Valley before getting her I could make you care quest. I did this pretty randomly was looking through the bunkers not knowing the base was there and her action fire to say the password to get inside.

I then did the Still in the Dark quest and sided with making Hardin Elder after handing the data disks back to the first Elder. So that quest ended and in the time I was waiting for Hardin to become elder Jessica gave me the I could make you care quest. The issue is that neither Hardin or Jessica will talk to each other and Hardin will not speak at all about the next Brotherhood quest. I know it is probably odd to have entered the base before Jessica tells you where it is but this is seriously annoying since it breaks both her quest and any continuation with the Brotherhood. I guess I now have to have her leave as a companion before she gives me her quest so I can at least do the Brotherhood mission.

Anyone encountered these issues or know what a fix would be? I'm usually pretty good about have multiple saves, I have like 25 but for me to go back to before I entered the Brotherhood base would be like losing 15 hours which isn't really an option. Thanks.
