Annoying NPCs you have killed

Post » Mon Jun 11, 2012 1:59 am

NPCs in this game drive em crazy and I know I kill way too much of them but it makes me feel better.

Heimskr, Nazeem, Farengar, Brill, Grelod the Kind, Cicero are all people I killed which made the game much better for me. I'm probably forgetting a few others though. Also, the children make me so angry. Nelkir and Braith just drive me crazy. "Another wanderer, here to lick my father's boots. Good job". Does anyone else get really annoyed by all these people who constantly repeat their annoying lines?

The reasons for my choices are
Heimskr: Because his shouting and preaching was really making me mad whenever I'm running to or from Dragonsreach
Nazeem: That arrogant s.o.b. lol I think anyone can agree with me on this. His cloud district comment makes me mad.
Farengar: The wizard with that annoying lisp.
Brill: "I'd be dead if not for Vignar, took me in and helped me turn my life around." Every single time I see him
Grelod the Kind: Pretty obvious. How mean she is to the kids and to you.
Cicero: That voice. Dear God that voice just pisses me off.
One of the old women in Whiterun: "Come to chat with an old woman, hmm? Do your good deed for the day?"

My character's morality, and reverence for Kynareth, Mara, and Dibella will not allow her to kill innocents. (The agents of the Thalmor are not innocents). If she was of a different ethical persuasion, the Blackbriars family would need a new matriarch.

Same. I kill no one just because they`re annoying. In fact, it`s not just my charcater it`s me- i`ve never played any character in any game that kills people just because they`re annoying.

I can`t even see how it should make someone feel `better`.

That's how I started the game out, as good guy. I would always spare people, wouldn't steal anything, give coins to beggars, but these people really caused me to change my ways and become an evil mass murderer haha. At first I thought the Dark Brotherhood was a terrible organization for assassinating people for money but when I joined them it became probably my favorite questline in the game. Also another person I forgot is Maven Black-Briar because she thinks of herself as a god and can control anything. Everyone fears her. I wish she wasn't a quest giver because she wouldn't be so scary to people anymore after I put a blade through her chest and store her in my home as a trophy.

I know I sounded a little extreme, but I realize it's a video game and you should too. It's a game where I can make choices. I didn't have to kill them but I chose to because they piss me off. If it was wrong and made you a psychopath then every civilian would be invincible. I'm not the type of person who is going to go out to the real world and kill everyone who angers me for satisfaction just because I got away with it on a video game.

Alik'r.
Also Argonians.

Unfortunately, the last time I tried to kill that quest-giving Argonian in Solitude, I found out the hard way that not only is he marked as essential at that point, but hitting him enough will definitely get the guards riled up.

In any case, Argonians don't tend to last very long around my characters. Every single last one of them is killed in the name of Great House Telvanni... EVEN if it means doing their stupid quests to make them killable first.

Heimskr got an arrow through the neck from Dragonsreach, and Nazeem got another.

Heimskr.
But reloaded because the town felt too normal without a wacko like him.

Here's who I killed:

Sibbi Black-Briar: The guy was gonna get 8 months for murdering an unarmed man and wanted me to kill his ex, and he's not essential after the quests he's involved in are done. Plus it ensures his ex doesn't have to worry about him coming after her.

Dark Brotherhood: Skyrim is better off without them. Especially Riften. Shame I can't do the same for the Thieves Guild.

Thonar Silver-Blood: Right now I'm avoiding doing the Forsworn quest chain until they fix it, but if/when I do it, I kill Madanach and then put an arrow in Thonar's back after he rewards me. We all know he deserves it.

I'll also kill Ondolemar once I find the means to do so without getting caught.

The only annoying people I ever killed were those who attacked me, like for instance, the woman warrior I met on the road who called me a milk-drinker for no reason at all and then did her best to insult me. In fact, she actually started the attack when I told her to stop running her mouth!

But I still wouldn`t have attacked her for just being lippy.

There are a few people who are always rude. There`s another one who would like me to kill some bears for her, but she`s so rude I simply refuse to do the job. Oh yea, then there`s that one in the clothes shop in Solitude.

I still won`t kill them.

"Have you tried mercenary work? It might suit you."

That guy always dies horribly by my hand. And then I have to hear his stupid daughter say "I hate you forever and ever and ever."

Up until the point that I bought Hjerim I personally executed every Housecarl that was assigned to me without mercy or quarter.

Ah... So there is a slight consequence to your actions. I never knew that. But then again I don`t kill innocent people.

Be thankful, if the game was more realistic, that little girl would have had the whole city attacking you and locked up for life. And if you got away with that she`d probably grow up and then pay mercenaries to hunt you for life for what you did to her Father.

In game terms. :stare:
