Annoying person : Fallout: New Vegas

Oblivion there was the adoring fan to test our new weapons on
Fallout 3 we got sticky the story teller to test our new weapons on :flamethrower:

Is there this sort of character on new vegas?

Felicia Day is a nice person, but I HATE THAT CHARACTER SHE IS SO @#%^! ANNOYING, AND DIES IF A MOLE RAT FARTS IN HER GENERAL DIRECTION.

Also, the most annoying person in the game so far that I've had the displeasure of speaking to would be... Fantastic. Hands down.

I LOVE Veronica, SO MUCH. She's one of my favorite video game companions ever. "Holy Hell, that's a lot of energy weapons" was the cutest, funniest line I've ever heard.
And Fantastic's "theoretical degree in physics" made up for his annoying "dude"-ishness.
The only character that has annoyed me to the point of irrational violence was Ranger Milo.

I was sort of disappointed with no real annoying character. In Morrowind we had Fargoth. In Oblivion we had Annoying Fan. In Fallout 3 we had Annoying Man (Sticky). In Fallout: New Vegas........ But then this was made by Obsidian, not Bethesda. I guess we have to wait for TES V for another good annoying character.

Mick and Ralphs crier annoys me but I cant kill him, haha then theres that guy who works with those ghouls, and is so ignorant that he thinks hes one of them and hes going with them, he needs a pimp slap

It felt real good when on my second playthrough the first thing I did in Nipton was to shoot the lottery winner. In the immortal words of Clint Eastwood: "Do you feel lucky punk? Well, do you?"

Seeing him gangbanged by a bunch of radscorpions really made me warm up to the guy.

Nobody reaches Sticky levels of annoyance, but I will say that I was almost ready to shoot one of my own companions when her dialog glitched after a fight and she kept repeating the exact same taunt every few seconds...

Otherwise whenever I skilfully oneshot a mob and my companion complains that I am wasting ammo (Cass) or should maybe let him aim (Boone).

Oh and what also annoys this female character is that all the men and women in the game really want to get into Cass' pants (Try Vault 3!) but ignore me

The shop keeper in Goodspring who would not give the town leather jackets when the powdergangers attacked...

I killed him, chopped off his limbs, and left them laying all around the store.
Oddly enough I did not lose town rep, or karma... I knew he was bad -_-

Only thing that made me sad was learning he is the source of mods in early game.

Ehh? Maybe with her default armour (which is still pretty sturdy)... but give her any sort of improvement, especially Power Armor, and I've seen her singlehandedly tear through groups of Fiends, and heard of people who watched her solo three Deathclaws.

I can't say any of the characters I've run into so far actually annoy me. At least, I can't think of one at the moment.

Am I the only one who loves the lottery winner? I think he was hilarious. Especially so when you speak to Boxcars afterwards.
