Maybe, but were spears not native to Skyrim? I could be wrong.
Plus Werebears are the most common lycanthrope in Skyrim. Even moreso than werewolves.
If spears are native to anywhere, it isn't Skyrim. Morrowind or the Black Marsh. More likely the Black Marsh.
And how do you figure werebears are the most common lycanthrope when they don't exist in the base form of the game (i.e. without mods)?
Ok so theres rumors that werebears are in Dawnguard, but since there have been a werewolf perk tree confirmed. Wouldn't one be needed for werebears? I doubt they will add 3 perk trees to a DLC.
Even if there will be werebears, there wouldn't be a need for a totally seperate tree for them. They would operate pretty much the same way as werewolves, and benefit from pretty similar things. The only difference I would have to imagine would be the basic stats of the transformation (maybe werebear gives you more health or gives you protection and does more damage, but attacks /moves slower).
Regardless, I haven't heard anything about this....and kind of doubt it.
