Antialiasing off - rest ULTRA - uber performance - quicknote

Im playing 1920x1200 so using an Antialias is useless in this game.
When i turn it off im able to have about 60-80 fps in my game now (30-40before with sttuter sometime), and no visible difference in graphics quality.
I WONDER IF EVEN ATIALIAS IS IN THAT GAME AT ALL?
I hope it helps anyone who wants play on ultra settings with good framerate (i mean really good).

With antialias off i can use UGRIDSTOLOAD 11 or even13 without single crash (it gives you extraordinary view distance)

Normal multi-sample FSAA leaves trees, grass and many other things without anti-aliasing. You need to enable transparency AA as well in order to catch those. However this causes a large performance hit.
I get the best results by disabling MSAA and just using FXAA. It looks nearly as good as MSAA+Transparency AA, but with almost no performance hit.

Yes sir ,
I have FXAA on, but antialias in skyrim launcher off, rest maximized including ugridstoload and grass&tree&plants draw distance

With antialias OFF like i said im able to have uber performance and so on i can set my view distance to max , with gridstoload=9 or 11 or 13 without single crash.

Is this working okay with patch 1.5, the ugrids did my saves in and I can't get them back?
Tried all the console ini tricks to no avail.

To revert back ini ugridstoload settnigs bug:

There is a fix for this, which is to load the game at the higher setting and then do the following lines at the console:
setini "ugridstoload:general" 5
saveini
refreshini

Then save and quit, and change the uGridsToLoad to the desired value.

Sorry, but this game is full of jaggies at 1080p. It looks great with 8x MSAA enabled. Still get great performance with it enabled.

i have an easy solusion for slightly better performance on HD6950 cards
turn off AA and so on in the game launcher, force AA on from the cataclyst program.
Made me get 5-10fps

unless they have changed this recently(?) you never could force AA through the card. it has\had to be turned on in game. but the msaa or ssaa made a difference. i would check some stairs or rooftops to confirm that your aa is on!

...oh yeah and with that card you shouldnt be haveing to many troubles. Im useing an hd 6870 and I have all the usual texture mods, ugrids 7, SSAA x4, and i get about 50-60 fps in most areas....the forest is a bit of a killer for me, 35-45 fps.
