Antialiasing problem

Post » Wed Mar 09, 2011 11:53 am

Hi,

My problem is that I can't get Antialiasing to work. I have a Nvidia GTX 260 with the latest 260.99 forceware and my steam version of New Vegas is up to date.
So when I use the launcher to set the AntiAliasing option, it does'nt save : if i open the launcher again, The AA option keeps to be set on "none".
I tried to disable HDR but still no AA.

Can someone help me with this one ?

I actually had this issue when I first got the game back in October. Got to the program files(x86)\steam\userdata folder and select the number folder. Delete 22380 and also delete the .ini files in my documents\games\falloutnv

Should save from now on

Note that if you follow the above advice, for some reason if you force AA, nvidia cards will only allow you to 'enhance the application setting' with nv

Thank you for answering.
AmpolX, I've already tried to force AA through Nvidia control panel but it does nothing.
unwinding, I 've deleted the steam folder which was 45769651 on my computer, and the *.ini files in the MyGames\FalloutNV
directory but AA option still does not save.
