In general, I'd say no to bugs, but the flying corpses could be kind of fun as long as it did not happen so frequently as to break the feel of the game, anything that actually impacts gameplay though is usually something I can do without, and most of the bugs I've noticed in Fallout 3 seem to be of the variety that I'd really rather not have in the game.

Anyone ever get the ghoul head in the middle of a flying tangle of lines? Imagine this mass of lines zipping around the wasteland with a ghoul head in the center. Probably the scariest experience in the game encountering one in a metro tunnel. Bugs are bad and shouldn't be seen at all, but if they do show up, some of them can be interesting. Most of the time they just svck though, so no to bugs as a rule of  .

I love watching those hilarious glitch videos, I've always have the misfortune of not getting these funny glitches. :disguise:

The only cool thing I got was when I shot a Yao Guai in the head and he went up about 100 ft in the air and just kept going. :tops:

this is a common misconception, consoles can use mods, just not to the extent that pc players can. on my fallout 3 game i have 50000000 encouberance, infinte caps, infinte health, modded guns(like liberty prime laser and bomb) , droppable NPCs, droppable trees and such, modded clothing. the only things you cant really mod that im aware of is the actual game world itself like Green World.

I didn't think that was supposed to be talked about...

edit:
Bugs :D Well... I would like it, if when the game is initially released, one NPC has a 5% chance to go NUTS and just start killing everybody in a populated city! that would be fun... Or maybe an NPC that stalks you for life, when he was supposed to stop... that... would be kind of freaky... Of course there would be the update to fix those bugs :)

I hope the bug that allows two followers plus a pet stays. In my newest file I have Star Paladin Cross, Fawkes, and Dogmeat as followers.

Other than that the twitching corpses can be amusing sometimes.

I love the barrel havok exploit. Say, if I want to kill X NCR officer because he's being rude, but I don't want to piss NCR as a whole off, I can just walk a barrel or shopping cart into them. Bam, rude guy dead, nobody else cares.

You can do that in Fallout 3? I like to try to push people (merchants anyways) into bear traps or mines if they are close to any.

Yup.

Position a barrel or shopping cart against the NPC you want to kill, then just run into the cart. It should glitch and accelerate away from you at high speed, injuring the NPC. Repeat until dead. The game counts this as an environment kill, not a player kill, so the faction to which they belong doesn't care. Even if they watch you do it.

The thing where a body seemed to clip through itself and stretch around in the air.

The occaisional bug or physics-defying VATS kill can be a lot of fun, and were probably the funniest part of Fallout 3.

Yeah, it just wouldn't be the Wasteland without the periodic Rubber Band Man bouncing across the sky....

Personally, the one bug I don't want is Fire Breathing Ants.
