Any chance for more bound weapons?

Do you guys think there is any chance that a dlc will include more bound weapons, like dagger or shield? I would love to have both. XBOX svcks sometimes...

Isn't a ward just a magic shield?

A ward SHOULD be, but instead it only raises your armor cap. It should have a % to deflect an enemy's attack as well as a perk to not only absorb, but reflect damage from other spells back at the caster, that way you (kinda) bring back reflect spell from OB. It also makes more useful against other enemies and not just dragons.

And why isn't there an expert ward?? Beth just didn't think through some aspects of magic. :(

OT: I think a bound shield would be bad ass along with some bound armor in OB. The translucent purple would really be sweet. They definitely need to have more varieties with the bound weapons. Why do we only get two melee? Again, they just overlooked or didn't think it was necessary. :(

Well, it is a shield of sorts against magic only. Try ward against melee...

I meant like a real blue ghostly shield that works just like any other shield. And daggers! I don't really care about bound armor, we just need to fix Mage Armor, since as it is it svcks balls because of the hidden armor bonus you get from wearing armor that you do not get when wearing clothing, making the armor cap when wearing clothing so much higher... 300 AR when wearing clothing is NOTHING!

even me, all my characters used conjuration, thinks the weapons are fine one from each weapon group. BUT!!!! bound shield and armour is what we need.

We might see more stuff added. There's yet another GameJam idea being added in(kinect voice-controlled shouts), so we may see something like that added in. It all depends on what Bethesda decides to put in the game

I'd love to conjure a shield. Or armor! It would be nice to have an entire branch of the conjuration tree just for spell swords and bound weapon AND armor. That would be spiff.

I vote + for conjured shields, well among many other things we should be able to bind.

Wards cant compare to shields, since they limit your mobility when you have them active.

Ditto, they aren't nearly as good as weapons improved by smithing. I would however like a dagger for interesting jail escapes on stealth characters with the 15x Assassin's blade multiplier and some invisibility.

No offense, but the argument: "x is better than y, so why even have y" is imo a terrible argument to use here.

Really cool looking Bound Armor would be nice, but I suppose the Alteration protection "flesh" spells took place of that.

I doubt Bethesda will introduce any more Bound weapons. It would be cool to have Bound bow or mace. Or discover a magic book teaches a unique bound sword.

I think a conjure armor spell would be awesome!!! Like you have to go through the master spell casting animation and then it drops some Daedric armor on your mage that has that ghost texture to it. I agree that there should be summon daggers and greatsword as well.

I know that bound dagger and shield couldn't touch their smithed counterparts, but I would love them for flavor. And when you play adept, any of the crafting skills are REALLY not necessary.
