You shouldn't be cross-posting. :)

Converting the mesh from Oblivion to work with Skyrim is relatively "easy".

You'll need to use NifScope to copy/paste the mesh into Skyrim .nif format. I apologize I don't know of any tutorials, but I've heard there are some.

I've done this myself quite a bit when I began learning the in's and out's of importing custom meshes into Skyrim. Now, I mainly create new models (not so interested in Oblivion models atm).

So, my advice is do some investigation into NifScope and NifTools. It's a rather convoluted process, but it's not difficult once you get the hang of it (like everything else).

I know...I hate to be the squeaky wheel...I wasn't exactly sure where to place the topic, thinking that maybe I had posted in the wrong forum thread...Well...That and the commitment I give to an old friend to help in any way I can with this...I will remove this thread if needed...

Thank You...I will let him know...You've all been very helpful...

You do need to be aware that collision support in Nifskope doesn't exist yet. So if you find that the converted meshes don't have their collision set up right, it's unlikely that will be fixed any time soon.

There is a way now to get custom collision working, though it is pretty hacky; discussed in http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1373019-how-to-make-collision/.
