No need to review the complaints or issues that many seem to be complaining of, just wondering if anyone has seen an actual Bethesda or Splash Damage posting or release regarding any of these complaints themselves?

I see people talking about a Day 1 patch for Xbox, but saw no release or post about it from anyone official and I did not receive an update that changed any of the latency/gameplay issues. So now I'm just looking to official word and not forum rumor.

I would hope they are working day and night to get it fixed, not releasing statements.

Yeah, but it would be nice if they'd at least let us know they have something coming. Doesn't take but a few seconds to post a statement.

i agree, id be happy to know a patch is heading to 360 so i dont return the game....

Havent got the game yet, but im still optimistic.
My connection is very good, so maybe the lagg doesnt bother me, hope so.
But a patch would be nice anyway

I can guarentee SD is working to fix problems on all consoles. They have always been a community-centric company. I can't verify but I know they are working to make the community happy.

Go down to 360. Says they acknowledge the lag and are trying to sort it out.
