I've had it, I don't want to work in corp america anymore. I'm ready to break away and go out on my own.

However, this is a very daunting proposition as I've never owned my own business and it seems like a HUGE mountain to climb.

I'm not afraid of that mountain but just kind of surprised at how much needs to be done.

Anyone have experience with this? Care to share?

To incorporate or not? LLC, C or S corp?

How does one start this process?
