I've been collecting skulls and been using 'em to keep a running total of how many heads I've took off. Anybody else been doing something as Jeffrey Dahmer-esque while messing around in Skyrim?

I used to collect Daedra hearts in Oblivion and Morrowind, but have had trouble finding any in Skyrim so have resorted to collecting carrots.

I didn't have a reason for it but I collected troll skulls and humans as I went but I made the mistake of leaving some outside my house and they faded over time...
Still, my alchemy room in Whiterun got pretty cluttered after a while.

Is there any way to improve your chances of decapitating baddies?

Theres a decapitation perk, isnt there?

I wish you could take the decapitated head. You can drag it around, but I want to carry one with me..

theres those witches heads in the that you can keep in your inventory.

I take the boots of every NPC I kill. Currently got just shy of 300 in Breezehome
